General Manager – ManagementChloe is the General Manager of Care4u2day Limited, since joining in 2020.
Chloe comes with over 4 years of experience in customer service, leadership, performance management, and HR management from previously being part of an integral leadership team at a global Contact Centre for customer queries and support.
Chloe supports the management team with the day-to-day running of operations, supporting Finance, Recruitment, and HR.
"I'm fortunate to have joined Care4u2day in 2020 following redundancy with my previous employer as a result of Covid-19. I enjoy working alongside my parents, Paul and Paula, and the rest of the Care4u2day team to ensure that we provide high-quality care to our clients. As well as focusing on the finance, recruitment, and HR of Care4u2day, I support with providing care to our clients which has given me a real insight into how much you can make a difference to someone's quality of life".
